How does it work?
The solar-powered movements of the MONDAINE Doppio collection capture light energy via solar cells mounted beneath the dial. These cells convert sunlight and artificial light into electrical energy, which is stored in a rechargeable battery. This stored energy powers the watch, eliminating the need for regular battery changes and enabling environmentally friendly timekeeping. A fully charged battery can power the watch for approximately 8 months, even without additional exposure to light. For optimal performance, regular charging in direct sunlight is recommended, as this allows for the fastest recharge.
