Mondaine Watch & Clock orders are delivered through our logistics partners Star Track and Australia Post. Please note, all watches and watch bands will be sent via Express post. Clocks will be shipped via standard post. Tracking information will be updated in your order once it has been shipped.

Our parcels to Australia are send via Express services where possible

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates:
Make sure you place your orders before the delivery cut-off dates to receive them in time for Christmas.
Please note: The below dates are to be used as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed. We strive to process your order and ship as quickly as possible. However, we have no influence on external providers' delayed delivery times. We recommend you place your order as early as possible to ensure delivery before Christmas day.

Signature on delivery:
As we are sending watch and clock products, a signature is required for all deliveries. If you request for your parcel to be left in a safe place by the courier we are not liable for any lost deliveries.
