The meticulous calculation of our ecological footprint was entrusted to a specialised consulting firm. This comprehensive evaluation encompasses every facet of our watch production, from the sourcing and transportation of watch components to the heart of our operations, the Solothurn factory. Our sustainability commitment extends to our Swiss headquarters in Pfaffikon, including the carbon footprint associated with business travel. Additionally, beginning in 2021, we have accounted for the environmental impact of transporting our watches to both valued sales partners and our direct customers.

Our dedication to reducing our carbon footprint is evident in a multifaceted approach. At the Solothurn factory, a photovoltaic system adorns our rooftop, harnessing the power of the sun to generate clean energy. Furthermore, at our Pfaffikon headquarters, we have embraced hydroelectricity, a renewable energy source, to power our operations, further diminishing our reliance on fossil fuels. 

 

In our pursuit of eco-friendliness, we have made substantial strides in packaging sustainability. A remarkable 50% reduction in packaging volume not only minimises waste but also decreases the energy required for transportation, thus contributing positively to our carbon balance. Moreover, our commitment extends to the choice of materials used in our products. By opting for eco-friendlier materials, we aim to reduce the ecological footprint associated with the production and life cycle of our watches.
