We rolled our sleeves up and joined forces with 60 volunteers - consumers, influencers, media, retailers, and colleagues - to plant trees in Switzerland. The selected area was in the municipality of Meilen at Lake Zurich and had been previously deforested. We initially intended to plant 55 trees but ended up beating our goals and planting 60 trees, among an enthusiastic crowd!

This project was a small step towards creating meaningful sustainability initiatives that can make a difference in our communities. We would like our "Plant a Tree" event around Lake Zurich to be a source that can be implemented in other countries - keeping our planet at the forefront of it.

The entire Mondaine Group has been committed to the environment and resources for decades. The Swiss family company deals with alternative and ecologically sensible raw materials for watch production, checks resource-saving production processes and is completely CO2-neutral.

Among other things, all wristwatches are produced in the workshops in Biberist, Solothurn, using up to 80% solar energy. Mondaine is also constantly setting new standards in terms of materials, which consists primarily of environmentally friendly materials - a pioneering achievement.
