International Delivery:

We do not currently ship to international destinations other than New Zealand.

However, if you're purchase isn't suitable, we'd be happy to offer you a refund or exchange, as long as:

- Returns are made within 30 days of receipt.
- Articles are returned to us unworn & in original packaging.
- Include your order number & completed returns slip.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges if you have purchased from one of our network of retail stockists. You must return the item to the original store it was purchased from.

In compliance with The Consumer Goods (Button/Coin Batteries) Information Standard 2020, all Mondaine products that require the use of Button/Coin Batteries will include warnings on both batteries and the front panel of battery packaging. These warnings are necessary when supplying button/coin batteries to: alert consumers to the button/coin battery hazard, and provide relevant information so that appropriate action can be taken when it is suspected that a child has swallowed or inserted a button/coin battery.
